INSTRUCTION Instructors are selected professionals who have completed extensive training before certification is granted. Annual re-certification training is required. Participation, coaching and guided discussion are the primary methods of delivery. Contests, quizzes and verbal reports are also used. LENGTH - 3 days of training, 21 total hours.
